Great Christmas Gift

Bought 2 of these for Christmas and my son and husband both enjoy them. They like that they plug directly into the controller. Now for my teenage son I would prefer the one ear cover because he could hear me better but he likes the 2 ear.

This headset has its jack at a 90 degree angle rather than sticking straight out of the plug, which I think lessens the stress on the connection when kids rest the controller in their lap.

It is an easy setup and functions as it is supposed to. The only other headset I have ever used is the standard one that comes with the original xbox, so of course this one is much better.

The instructions could be a little better as I have not installed the ATMOS software. I have not tried very hard to find it, but I understand it makes these headphones that much better.

Didn’t last long—one accidental tug on the wire and the plug bent enough to become unfixable. I got maybe a couple of months use from it. Sound and comfort over glasses were fine beforehand, so this might work for you, but I don’t see sitting still and being super-cautious about any movements while gaming in order to protect the headset.

There is usually a simple procedure to fix mic issues: Please check where the mic plugs into the headset: There's a notch to help it stick in place. If the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. If that doesn't work then most likely the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Ears get warm wearing these
