Atmos feature included is really a Nice bonus if you watch movies like me. Lightweight and adjustable even for bigger heads

Great Till They Weren't

These were decent for about 3 months until the mic started spitting feedback in his friends' ears on their end of the headsets. Then, the mic quit working all together for no reason. Just not a super great pair. They are comfortable, but the quality just isn't there.

If the microphone quit working you may check where the mic plugs into the headset: There's a notch to help it stick in place. If the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. You may also want to test the headset with a mobile to isolate the issue. In case the issue persists even after trying these steps and even when testing your headset with a different device we will consider this to be an issue with your unit and recommend that you replace it.
