Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review on our RIG 400HX headset. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. There are a couple of things that should fix microphone issues: check where the mic plugs into the headset: There's a notch to help it stick in place. If the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. You may also want to test the headset with a different device (mobile phone/tablet) to isolate the cause of the issue. If you get the same results, then most likely the unit has a problem related to hardware and it is best to replace it. You could verify with our Customer Care Team and see if we have any spare microphones and hopefully fix the issue.
