I returned these and got a cheaper headset based on the reviews. I prefer my surround sound but need a mic for game chat.

Troubleshoot audio issues with a headset we always recommend to test it with a different device (mobile phone/tablet). If you've had microphone issues, there's a procedure to adjust the microphone: Please check where the mic plugs into the headset: There’s a notch to help it stick in place. If the mic is in upside down, it won’t click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. Thank you for your comments. The ear cup material doesn’t breath at all so all the heat gets trapped and becomes very uncomfortable. The sound quality is decent and the mic gets the job done. Overall not great.

However, I have had a few issues with audio being really choppy, cutting in and out.
