Narrow ears, you can’t hear the lows in the music. Dolby Atmos 2 years subscription is included with this headset, but that doesn’t improve the quality of this product

I had bought this thinking I was upgrading from my JLs they are not as loud at all and they also are making a buzz noise in party chats . And no I do not have a charger hooked up to my controller while using the headset.

In order to troubleshoot your unit, please try adjusting the volume under your console settings. You may also want to test it with a different device (tablet/mobile phone) to isolate the cause of the issue.
