Quiet, no bass, light weight

I took them back and bought the Turtle Beach Recon 200’s which was like nite and day difference for $10 more! They look cool just don’t perform like the TB 200s

Posted .Hi! Thank you for your honest review on our RIG 400HX headset, however we are sorry to hear about your experience. Next time we recommend testing the headset with a different controller/device to completely isolate the issue. Also, if you were experiencing some issues with the microphone we recommend to check where the mic plugs into the headset. There's a notch to help it stick in place and if the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. Not worth it

Just over 2 months later and only one ear works. My return period ended so now I have to find another set to buy.

Great for the price

WASTE OF MONEY

The Max Volume is about half as much as my old Turtle Beach headset for the same amount of money. Basically have to have these turned all the way up to get decent sound. Super Disappointed.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to make sure the headset is set up properly under your gaming console audio settings. You may also want to switch to Energy-Saving mode. To do so: Press Menu Button and then Settings, select power & startup, select power mode & startup and change power mode from Instant-on to Energy-Saving. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with your mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason reason you still encounter the same audio issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Unreliable Headset

He comes over once a month to play and the mike portion already stopped working. Save your money and buy Turtle Beach products.
