      Hello and thank you for review on our RIG 400HX headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. This headset will basically work with any device that supports 3.5 mm connectors. If your headset doesn't work properly with your controller, you may want to test the headset connected to your mobile to completely isolate the issue.     Crackling noise for others in party

    I got this headset for my son so he could join my Xbox party. He couldn’t fully mute the headset (we could hear faint noises even when muted) and when he wasn’t muted everyone was hearing a static/crackle. We bought two. Both did the same thing.

    I bought these headphones for my son as a Christmas gift and they have already broken down. The sound is intermittent in each ear, sometimes you get sound , sometimes you dont. Haven't had the chance to take them back but will be returning.

    I thought they were going to be good, but i was wrong they are cheap you hear a lot of static and your have to charge them a lot the battery doesn't last long!!

      We apologize for whatever headset you may be having an issue with. But for sure it is NOT this RIG 400HX headset. The RIG 400HX has a wired connection to your Xbox controller.     This headset is decent but it randomly goes in and. Best Buy told me because I didn’t have the box it game in I can’t return it. It works good for like two weeks then is super spotty.

    Bought this item thinking it would be a great gaming headset but was I wrong! I plug it in my Xbox controller and it works whenever it wants to. It comes in and out and puts out a lot of static. I keep my Xbox and controller software up to date so I’m assuming it’s just the headphones giving me issues! I bought two sets of them and both of them do it! So save your time and money, just buy something else! Makes me regret even shopping at BestBuy won’t make a special trip anymore! I’ll just stick to online shopping elsewhere!

    I wanted to like this headset but the ear cup is too small for my ears and with the limited headband size adjustability, it's either too big or too small for me.

    Didn’t last a year. I took excellent care of these Headphones but they became very staticky and started having issues. Not worth the money.

    The sound quality of the headphones is average at best. They have the same sound as headphones that cost half the price. I'd recommend the $30'ish turtle beach, its be the same!

    They are very comfortable but would not allow online players to hear me I could hear them but probably the mic was bad

Please check where the mic plugs into the headset: There's a notch to help it stick in place. If the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. As you may know, this product has a one-year warranty from date of purchase.     If you are an adult, don’t buy these. They have very limited adjustable sides. The ear muffs are child size as well.
