Terrible

I've owned it for just over 3 months and it continues to cut out, it works when it wants to and there is a hefty delay on the headphones. Its unfortunate that I can't select a 0 star rating Bestbuy's policy won't return it and the original company sold out so its a wash anyway.

Worthless Product

I gave up on buying headsets, just wasn’t meant to be apparently. Avoid it not worth the hassle and inconvenience.

If you are experiencing some issues with the microphone of the headset, please check where the mic plugs into the headset. There's a notch to help it stick in place and if the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. You may also want to make sure the headset is set up properly under your gaming console audio settings. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset connected to your mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Bad Headset

I don’t know if mine was malfunctioning or what but it did not let me hear any Gameplay at all.

My kids have broken several headsets. It would be so easy to make a cheap headset that had metal on it instead of plastic that breaks. I wish the companies would figure it out!

Broken with zero customer support.

To remove an earcup, press the earcup to detach it from the headband. Mic fails
