    Has a terrible feedback issue and the mic pics up anything. Also the headset feels really cheap.

    Pure junk, cheap plastic and did not even work out of the box. It felt super cheap too, poorly made.. Please don't get these, ever!!!

    Sound quality is sub par. License for Dolby is it 2 years not indefinite like the box said.

    The Quality of the headset was not good, they broke quickly. The headset sound was off as well

    You can’t hear nothing with this headset. I bought 3 for my kids and 2 of the mics quit in under 2 weeks.

    my sone purchased this headset at Christmas and in 3 months, they stopped working.. and it wasn't due to excess use...

      Hi Fg1880,
      We apologize for the less than ideal experience you've had. Have you tried all three of the size settings to see what works best for you? Simply snap each earcup off of the frame and insert in the higher or lower opening in the headband frame for a tighter or looser fit respectively. We are not sure what you mean about low quality materials, Our headband is virtually unbreakable. Ear cushions are memory-foam and fabric and can be replaced if need be.
