    Pure Trash

The first time I used it one of the cushions gel off. After that, I put it back in the box for a few days. When I pulled it back out I put it back on and the left side of the headset fell off of the headband. I was able to put it back in but a day after that the other one fell out too. Also the volume of the headset is very low compared to Turtle Beach or Hyper X. Also I know it's mentioned but I think the headset band should be adjustable it.

    Mic Broke

Mic broke after three months of normal usage. Warranty is useless, I sent an email to Nacon (now owns RIG) and automated response says their typical response time is 4-5 weeks. You read that right, “weeks”. See full text below. Will never buy again. It’s a shame the RIG brand was sold from Plantronics, a brand I really trust, to Poly, to Nacon, who apparently is just hoping consumers don’t notice as they let the product quality and support become a joke. “ Response time is about 4-5 weeks, do not resend your request twice. Your request will move to the end of the list. Cordially. Nacon support”

Stopped working in less than 3 months

I loved this headset initially - it’s comfortable, the sound quality is good, the mic is clear, and it came with Dolby Atmos. Unfortunately after less than 3 months of use, it is barely functional. I have to wiggle around the headphone jack to get it to work and even when I do manage to get sound back, it disconnects again pretty quickly. Despite what the company said in reply to another reviewer that had this same issue, their warranty is useless as I submitted a claim for this problem and it was rejected. The headphone jack and cable are cheaply made and it’s reflected in the short lifespan of this product. Don’t bother with this headset if you want something that’ll last you longer than a couple months.

    Barely picks up sound

I was pretty excited to buy these for $50 especially considering most of the reviews were great. I’m not sure if I was just unlucky or if I got something defective.. but these are absolute junk. I could never get the game sound on the headset and I’ve tried everything, like chafing Xbox settings and such. The mic is detachable and so puny it’s a joke. It barely even fit in the port right, I was afraid it would break. It wouldn’t pick up my voice or any sound unless I was screaming basically. Not worth it, I returned it as soon as I could. Get some Astros instead.

    Horrible build quality

Bought two sets. One set didn’t last a month, and the other stopped working a few months later. Both sets had connection problems with the mic. The mic is a very weak link. Cord too flimsy as well. Best Buy has only 15 return policy, so now have to go back to manufacturer. Waste of $110. So irritated.

Mic is faulty after just two days

Mic is not picking up my voice and if I does it’s because I’m literally screaming at it. Worst headphones I have ever owned returning to the store to purchase Astro’s. If you are considering buying these.. DONT. Waste of money and time!
