Bought two. One for me and one for my brother. I’m a novice. Bro’s is pretty experienced. Both were impressed. Easy to use good sound and mic. Comfortable and lightweight.

Mic works great at hearing my while not picking up the tv. But when using it with Xbox One, that Dolby Atmos really helps when playing on Warzone

I do enjoy using the RIG series Headphones. This particular model does it's job superbly. The cost was much less than what I had expected to pay. Good deal. My only concern is that there is no mute button, or perhaps I haven't figured it out yet, but that shouldn't be something as difficult to figure out as is the case.

Sound quality seems great. Volume knob location is ideal for gaming console controllers, slightly less convenient for use with a computer. Not sure if it's the hardware or something about my audio setup, but on the computer, when the mic boom is up (muted), my speaker output seems to get routed back in as microphone input.

Super comfortable, works well with PS4 as well! The mic sounds great with streaming and I’m extremely pleased with these! Very worth it!

Great sound. I like the ability to connect to different controllers. Being able to control the volume is a nice touch.

Headphones are comfortable and sound great especially for the price. Able to be used on Xbox and PC, i'm very pleased with the purchase.

I got this headset for the dolby atmos and it makes a difference when a game supports it. It comes with one years worth of atmos.

Bought these for my son. He loves them. Says he can hear footsteps that he was not able to hear with his older headset.

Bought these because they were on sale for 50 bucks. They feel nice and comfortable while wearing, the sound quality is pretty average, but for the price they are great! So far no issues with them. If you are an absolute snob for sound quality though, look for another set.

So far so good. Bought this sometime after I bought the Razor Kraken X and I prefer this headset. I get warm so the fabric ear pads are nicer for me than leather ones. The sound is great. Not as much bass as my Razor ones but that’s fine. They don’t fully noise cancel when just sitting on my head but once there’s audio coming from it it’s pretty good. I’ve noticed I can hear where footsteps are more better in a game (behind, above or below) and that’s rad as hell.

Bought these for an Xbox one and worked better than my Stealth 600s. Had astros A40s and compared to these not bad at all. Sound occasionally cuts in and out but not enough for it to be an issue . And that’s the only reason it doesent get 5 stars. Really comfy also.

So I would give it a 5 star is I can get ahold of someone to help me with my issue. After a week of using this the aux end that plugs into the controller started to bend and no one with Best Buy or with the company will answer or give me details on what they can do. I know the factory warranty is a year so I would expect to get it taken care of. For the time being I’ve pushed it back in for the time being and it works but if I take it out I have to wiggle it to get it to work. Otherwise I would give this a 5 star if the company would answer the phone or respond to an email.

Works fine, used for zoom meetings. It only didn't work once and made others unable to here me but other times it was working fine. Love the columns knob but a little difficult to turn with one hand.
