If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to make sure it is properly set up under the gaming console audio settings. You may also want to test the headset connected to your mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same audio issues, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Please note this headset can be adjusted to three different sizes (small, medium, large) by removing the ear cups. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. The audio is clear and I feel like I am able to hear the game audio as well as the people I am playing with very clearly. The headset has a stretchy, self-adjusting headband that automatically conforms to the shape of your head upon placing the headset on your head. The two speakers have three different levels that allow you to adjust their locations for your head size/shape. Simply pop them out and snap them to the correct level. The microphone extends out of the right side of the headset and is flexible allowing you to adjust it to the proper locations. The mic is removable and, if you flip it up out of the way, it mutes your headset mic. The audio cable that connects to your controller is also removable. Overall, the headset is lightweight, comfortable, and it will help you up your game while playing with your friends or strangers!
