The audio clarity is excellent and the build makes me confident these will last for years to come. Plantronics is known for excellent headsets and these continue that legacy!

He had another headset that crackled; friends told him his mic broke up more times than not. This was his *had to have* choice, and he’s more than happy. He appreciates the flip mic to silence outgoing transmissions and the reduced external sounds when he’s playing an intense game.

Possible DUD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Day 4 headset detached from unit (see picture) and mic stopped working (son couldn’t be heard) I haven’t exchanged it yet but plan to soon. Not sure if I will exchange for same one or different one. This IS the newest model.... I am hoping this unit was just a dud or something... I also purchased the original model same day for my daughter and it is working just fine. So may just go with that when I return.
