He has been through at least eight different headphone sets over the last year. They either break or quit working mic doesn't work speakers don't work you name it something went wrong with all of them. Despair has been great since Christmas time and are still working perfect

Great ambient audio... constant echo through chat.

Sometimes I won't hear they echo but they can definitely hear it and it's just embarrassing cause it's coming from this headset. I looked online and this cannot be fixed. So returning this and getting a different brand.
