Bought these to play Xbox as a family without having to yell from room to room. Difficulties making them work.

The headphones setup is super bulky! Like doubles the size of your head. Sound is good though and decent comfort

I bought one and it had echo for everyone else in my party, The only way to get no echo is basically to put them on the lowest setting possible. Then i cant hear the game. I returned them for another pair and same exact issue. so i went with the next step up and got the HX PRo for $30 more since these were on sale! Guess what the same issue with echo. Tried two other headsets that were turtle beach and no echo., I did all of the fixes, firmware update checked settings you name it. So I go online to try and return them and the site is in french no phone number you have to fill out a form. Never again!

The headphones are great but I wish there was a mute switch on them to make it easier. Minor issues with echoing.

A little too snug on ears. Great for noice reduction though! Plug should swivel.

Went through a couple wireless headsets before this one and it has worked the best for my son. Great product.

So far it’s a good headset. Every headset my son has had he has broken in less than a week. Having warranty comes in handy. My son wanted to try This headset he really likes it. Plus he hasn’t broken it. Fingers cross.

The only thing that would make these better would be if they were wireless.

I had purchased this awhile back but after awhile they broke on me but they worked good

I was sceptical about these just because I've used plantronics stuff at a few jobs and the stuff was not quality. Figured I'd try it out thinking the stuff at work was not quality because of cost cutting. Got home and hooked them up to my pc and the sound was terrible, almost no bass and zero noise cancellation. Plugged them into the xbox and same thing. Returned them and ended up buying a $200 headset that blew my mind away.

Excellent value. As with any audio I wish there was more protection on the ends.

Love the headphones it they are just barely big enough for my head at the largest setting.

Sound quality is great however I have a lot of feedback from the mic. Other players hear what they’re saying from my mic , even if it’s flipped up (mute position). One player called it a poverty mic.

My son enjoys these headphones. They were a favorite of his headphones to use. The tip of the microphone broke off the team at Bestbuy was great they took care of handling quickly.

I like it. Thought it was truly wireless, so that was a bit of a disappointment

Sounds good when gaming. The bases deep the troubles are high. But, the headset didn’t last and once again I did not buy the extended warranty. Come on Microsoft do better. It’s just over the 14 day return policy.

Very well designed, superb sound for the price point! The only downside is that they don’t function well on the Xbox Series X, but run flawlessly on my PS4 Pro and my Xbox One.

Only complaint is there is no easy mute button. Overall quality product.

I purchased this after researching lots of others. I think after all things considered the lightweight, good fit and good sound were the pushing factors. I also like the volume control being on the controller plug.
