Not satisfied!

They are very expensive and I have had to return them 2 times as he said they stopped working. They plug into his controller. I actually bought a new controller thinking that was the issue. No problem with the return and did get my full refund back.

faulty Not as comfortable as the 400s

I was upgrading mainly for dolby atmos xbox compatibility. Ended up going with Astros a40s but if you dont have the dough, go to the rig 400hx I believe. Assuming that they are similar to the base 400s

Second pair

For the second time now the microphone is loose and just falls down. When it falls it engages the microphone so you can talk. So now there is no off. This is the second time the exact problem happened. Another problem I incurred is the volume adjustment is sensitive. By barely touching it in the controller, it will go from 0-60 real quick and hopefully no one is talking or you'll deafen yourself. When you first get them, everything is tight and right, after one day it loosens up, within a month it will be so loose it's impractical.

Great headset for all around use

He also uses them on his tablet, and 3ds. It's the benefit of the cable versus the 800 series which uses a external usb bluetooth adapter to connect.
