If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to adjust the audio levels on your gaming console. You may want to switch to energy-saving mode to see if that makes any difference. To do so: Press Menu Button and then Settings, select power & startup, select power mode & startup and change power mode from Instant-on to Energy-Saving. Last but not least, we always recommend testing the headset with your mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason the issue remains, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it will be best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty from date of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website. The only problem I have with it is the fact that I can’t get the audio to work on the headphones but for some reason the people on the other end can hear me

When flupped up into the mute position, the microphone no longer mutes. On top of this, even with the audio turned to 50-60%, the audio from the headset feeds back into the mic causing an echo. I've purchased Dolby Access as this headset is a Dolby headset and the audio isn't as good as some of the less expensive headsets that I have owned. Not worth the price that they're offering. I shouldn't have paid more than $40-$50 for these, as it's all they're worth me.
