I absolutely love these! So comfortable, so lightweight. I have often found headsets uncomfortable. But i can hardly feel these on my head. And no discomfort at all on my ears like most headsets I have used.

For someone who has a larger head these RIG 500s are very comfortable. Medium clamping force with a set it and forget it adjustable. Makes it ideal for everyday use. The ear cups are sold and breathable. I wear glasses and my ears are not sore after hours of gaming. The sound great for gaming. I can hear everything, yes footsteps, and the mic quality is above average. ( not too tinny ) I would recommend this to anyone who wants a solid wired headset.

The RIG 500 Pro headphones that I recently purchased are turning out to be a great choice. The major reason for buying them is they provide Dolby Atmos at an affordable price. They are comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. They also seem to be very durable. A built in microphone allows for communication during game play. All in all, a good buy. Can be used for XBOX or PS5.

Been gaming for many years always been a Turtle Beach fan. Have had expensive Turtle Beaches in the past. Must say these are by far the best headset I have ever owned. Very lightweight, great sound. Haven't owned them too long. Hope they hold up.

Always have a hard time with head sets due to them pressing against my ears. These are very comfortable. Downside is there not as loud as my previous ones. Also I don't feel Atmos is anything better than any other headset.

Material is plastic... Not the high quality plastic you see in Beats headphones but the plastic in Fisherprice toys. It's won't break unless abused. I already dropped it twice with no consequence. Ya feel. Design is dope. Very aesthethic for gamers and like-minded individuals. Also they've included adapters for PS4 and Xbox controllers. Sound quality is not the best. It's not crisp as the mid to high tend to blend in while leaving the low frequency to be found no where. Nonetheless, this headphone will be advantageous when playing first person shooters as it does support 3D virtual audio. The overall loudness/volume is lacking as I max out the volume all too frequently. Overall, it's the best bang for your buck in this price range.

Overall this is a very nice semi-wireless (dongle connects to the controller), assuming you're using a wireless controller. The headset feels solid, is very comfortable and has good sound quality.

I purchased these direct connect headset for my Xbox one because my turtle beaches finally broke on me and want to something better but once I connect them to my controller, my controller would cut in and out of a connection. Quality wise as far as sound it’s really good but while gaming it in the middle of the match it would cut out which is very frustrating. I like the fact that it comes with two different adapters one for the Xbox and one for the PS but I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody at least for a consult system

I ended up buying Astor A50's, to which this headset does not compare, but there is a huge price difference for a reason. This headset is very comfortable and has good sound quality.

We’ve gone through a number of different gaming headsets in my home and this one wins hands down. Clear sound; and works on all platforms. We have used on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. The only thing I might change is the volume knob being on where you plug into the controller, it even that is not an issue as once you set your volume for the game you’re really good to go. A real winner!

I own several headsets including Astro A50, Sony Pulse Elite, Triton 720, Turtle Beach 700, and a few cheaper ones. I wanted a dedicated headset for my Xbox Series X. I really liked a lot of the features of this headset. Audio volume control, removable headset cable, removable boom mic, collapsible mice to mute, Dolby Atmos Sound, comfortable, and solid build quality. The design is also really nice looking. Ultimately, I am very pleased with the quality and build of the Rig 500Pro. Even when compared to headsets 4x the price. I highly recommend these and with removable cable and mic options, you will be able to replace these if they ever break from normal use. A number of other wired headsets would need to be thrown away if the cable breaks. This does have the ability to work with PC and other headphone jacks. The rubber adapter on the stereo cable can be removed to fit other devices.

Product is good, headset sits comfortably and the mic action for muting is simple. However, compared to other headsets I own this model has a slightly and noticeable lower volume during gaming.

I use to have a40 Astros. They were good until the crapped out. I bought these because I didn't to spend a lot of money on another pair of Astros. And man are these just as great of not better. The sound is fantastic especially with Dolby Atmos. You can't go wrong. Very comfortable on long gaming sessions. Recommend 100%.

Absolutely the most comfortable headset I’ve owned. I’ve had quite a few nice ones over the years for myself and my 2 daughters. I like the knob dial to adjust volume. Ease of mute and mic options. Playing with it has been so very helpful to get my K:D ratio up gaming. It’s been very good but so far.

Sooo .... we waited way too long to pick up a new headset for working from home. This was the only headset left in any store. User has a biggish head and while others have given him a headache because they squeeze too much, this headset has been great. User says they are very comfortable and mic is good too.
