    Bought these and they would adjust the volume by themselves plus so much static it hurt my ears...would Not buy these...over priced and doesn’t work well

    I bought this fir my son on the recommendation of a best buy employee. Against my better judgement, we went along with the purchase. When my son got the earphones, he was super excited until he plugged them into the xbox controller. They were utter trash. He couldn't even get it to work with his computer unless he plugged it into a wired remote and then connected the remote to his computer. Sound quality was bad and it was constantly going in and out for no reason. After a week, we returned it.

    Low quality microphone picks up a lot of static

    The audio quality is poor and the microphone picks up a lot of static. The headset ear cups are adjustable but fall off just by picking the headset up sometimes. Will be returning.

    It Adds What I Didn't Know Was Missing

    These are great, especially compared to our previous single speaker headset. The build quality is pretty dang goo and the user comfort is outstanding.As for sound, a major upgrade. Even using a non-Dolby Atmos enabled game, the sound "moved" in your ears as if you were actually "there". Now here is where it gets cool... We popped in a Dolby Atmos game and... Wow, it was really cool. As mentioned in title, the Atmos added a layer of sound that really brought life to sound that I didn't even know was possible. We were able to test the mic and according to the people we usually play with, they said it did seem slightly more crisp. I really like the mute feature of just flipping the mic up. Much easier than fumbling for a button. The volume control is also pretty cool. Its a simple dial and it is positioned in a way that its not in the way but its easy to get to. In all, I really like these and would give them a 5 star rating if they were wireless. But hey, for the price they are great.

    Was amazing first month I owned them. Only downside was wire would sometimes get in the way. But hey I didn't want to spend extra money to get wireless pair. But after two months of use the mic works when it wants to. one night it won't work at all then next night works perfectly fine, until last night finally stopped working all together. Cost to much to fail after just two months of use.

    I have had this pair of headphones and the clarity of the sound is very nice. The mic does a great job and the flip up option is pretty convenient, you go from public to private with just a flip. The setup was very simple and the fit felt very comfortable. You can wear these for hours and not feel the pinching of headphones around your head or pressure on your ears. I do wish they were a bit louder but that's just me, I enjoy gaming with LOUD volume. I definitely recommend this pair to all gamers out there.

    I love this headset. I use it not only with my Xbox but also PS4 and PC and it works great on all of them. The mic is nice and clear, the fitting of the headset is comfortable and its pretty light even though it looks big. Sound is great through this, allowing you to hear people and noises from all angles and the volume on the 3.5mm jack is really handy. This way you dont have to go in to settings to change volume levels while in game. Overall this is a really nice headset and i do highly recommend

    Static noise in the headphones, clicking noises, everyone I’m playing with online can hear it. This is the third set of headphones I have purchased, same brand. I bought 2 from Walmart and returned them and now I got these from bestbuy and they are doing the same thing. Returning them tomorrow as well to find a different kind and see if they are better!

    Stopped working after a few months

    I loved this headset when I first got it, but after a few months it just stopped working. I thought it had to do with the cord as it is extremely sensitive to how it's plugged in, but when I tried another male to male aux cord it still didn't work. Super frustrated with it. My friend has the cheaper version and honestly it seems to work far better. There are far better mics in this price range.

    The wire you plug it in to the remote broke within the first month and Plantronics sent a replacement that also didn't work. I threw these away within a month of buying them new. Utter Garbage!

    Save your money. Stopped working after the "return window." Best Buy did nothing to try and resolve the issue. I was sold a defective product. How is 15 days enough time? I've spent $1000's of dollars at Best Buy over the past years. Done shopping here.

    Poor Quality

    The headset broke within 2-6 months of getting it TWICE. Replaced it 2 times and each one was poor quality. The microphone stopped fast, the cords stopped working fast. The port area was too easy to bend and stop functioning. The microphones cut out quickly and then stopped. Definitely unhappy with these. I feel like it was a waste of money.
