Left speaker went out in 2 days, definitely disappointed.

This headset is good when you want a balance between the basic headset for Xbox and some other $200 headset. The over ear headphones create an immersive experience and the audio delivers fairly crisp sound for a cheaper headset. The mic works well and clear and my teammates had no problem hearing me. It also worked for PC, though it took some setting adjustments. I don't recommend using it to connect to an Xbox controller that is plugged into a computer via USB. The mic did not work well for this.

These headphones fit well and have good sound quality. They are easy to install, plug and play. They work for XBox One. The range is as far as your remote will reach. (They are not wireless, they are wired and plug into your remote) They are very good but still 2nd tear to Turtle Beach. Very good for the price.

The Headphones are ok. they do have good sound separation but lack volume to have a good impact while gaming. You also have to purchase the Dolby Atmos app for the xbox one to take full advantage of the Dolby Atmos sound. Racing games is what I mainly play are good sound separation but lack as volume impact. the cord is standard thickness and has a nice touch for plugging into the controller. Even in the setting for the headset on the Xbox one X to turn the volume to max it still lack the impact many would look for. If looking for an immersive gaming headset I would go with a true powered headset.

Getting this headset up and running was relatively easy with the self-explanatory, picture-based guide. The volume control using the dial is a nice touch. Sound quality is nice and feels like you're immersed in the game. However, these felt relatively uncomfortable for not only me but my children as well. Both of my sons felt like the headset was unncecessarily bulky and cumbersome. So, at least for us, we would prefer something else.

This headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear and easy to use. The sound quality is amazing. Excellent value.

I love these gaming headphones as they are comfortable. The mic is very clear when I talk. There is a volume knob where they plug in. Also it is nice to be able to use the same headphones when on my Xbox or Windows PC when gaming. Negatives would be they are not wireless.

This headset is comfortable and sounds great! I compared this to another headset that I was interested in purchasing (HyperX Alpha), and I really could not tell a difference in sound quality. I'm really impressed with the headset, especially with the dolby atmos on Xbox! Again, comparing it to the Alpha, the surround and accuracy just sounded better on the RIG 500. It's a great headset, and happy with my purchase. This is my first RIG purchase, and I'm glad I took a chance with Platronics! Can't wait to play Black Ops 4 with the RIG's.

Got this headset a few days ago and I was really pleased with how great it looked, and how comfortable they are. Sound quality on these are awesome too. However, there is no mic monitoring at all. This might not be a problem for you and if it's not, then great this headset will be awesome. But, if you're like me and you want to be able to hear yourself and make sure you're not screaming into your mic, I'd get another headset.

These headphones are amazing the sound and physical quality are good. It comes with 2 adapters for the plug on the connector. It will work for both ps4 and xbox one. The mic is attached but can be moved out of the face which makes it easier to keep the mic clean and not loose it.

Comfy headset. Looks cool. But this annoying crackle noise and drops. I'm playing Tomb Raider Shadow and at first it works great, then every ten minutes its distorts badly and disconnects my controller two times in a row. These are my second pair and right away it does the same thing.

I upgraded from an Xbox one x to an Xbox series x and now I can’t get any sound from the console to my headset. No chat or game volume comes through. Yes it’s plugged in to my controller securely and yes I have checked all volume settings on the new Xbox. Smh. Another company trying to force new products when you upgrade!

Good quality, excellent sound too tight and does not fit on my big head correctly. Gives me headaches, and doesn't fit over ears correctly.

I like them they can soun a little better but can't complain to much plug does come out of headset sometimes.

So I got this headset about 3 years ago and like all of the other 1 star reviews here I must say that the adhesive for the cushions don't last. They were the first thing to go and in about 4 months I completely lost the adhesive on one cup. The sound quality tanked after that and my friends complained that my mic echoed terribly. I would hear static trying to change the volume using the knob and most times one cup was louder than the other, or both were completely silent/flat. The flip mic broke about a month ago and while, yes, I should have replaced the headset with something better but I didn't have the money so I tried to see how long it lasted. It just died today. Get a better headset than this cause it's really bad.

Had this for 8 months now - what isn't wrong with this headset... To keep this short I am listing below all that has broken, and I keep really good care of it. - Aux cord only plays audio on the left side - Mic doesn't always mute when upright - Left earcup foam is hanging on by a small piece of glue - Mic works 30% of the time - No volume on TV, people say they hear feedback really bad - Mic also has static sounds to other players I am someone who does a ton of research and thought I was getting a great deal. Totally missed. Really like the look and feel, but wish I could just get my money back at this point.

I bought my mic March 1, 2019. I was excited to try it out, and for the first few weeks it worked great. Shortly into April, the headset jack started acting up. At first it was a small annoyance where i would occasionally have to fiddle with the volume on the jack to get it to play through both ears. A few weeks following that and there is no volume coming through the headphones and the other people in my party can not hear me. I believe there to be faulty parts in the jack, as I fiddled with it I was able to regain sound for a short time. I never misused the headset or yanked it out of the controller via the cord or dropped the headset. Unfortunate, as it was a good headset while it lasted.

It’s comfortable but you can get better mic the volume isn’t the greatest but the worst part is the mic piece it’s detachable and cheaply made
