    Broken Mic Boom, But Sounds Great.

    The sounds is great. It's amazing when using Dolby Atmos. Unfortunately the microphone boom broke. It has also broken on a second pair. Both are less than 10 months old, and are covered under warranty. Unfortunately the company that now owns RIG, NACON, has gone radio silent since confirming my replacement requests.

    The only good thing about this headset is that when you get fed up with playing with the wire to get audio you can throw it across your room without completely coming apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Was a decent headset for maybe a solid week.

    Trash without all the pieces

    So first I open the box and first instruction is attach mic. Ok mic where is the mic wait NO mic. There is no darn mic in the box how in the heck do you forget a piece. Finally after searching all the boxes on my desk I am like forget it I am taking it back but I want to see if the quality is worth getting a replacement. I put it on after using multiple types of headphones over the years this has to be as bad as a basic headphone can get. It sounds like the old original headphone from 15 years ago. I can buy sound quality like this for $20 instead of $80. I would not recommend this product to even a beginner for their first headphone set

If there was no microphone included on the box, you may return it back to the place of purchase so they can exchange it for you. We might also be able to send you the mic boom as spare. If you are having some audio sound quality issues with the headset, you may want to make sure the headset is properly set up under your gaming console audio settings. You may also want to align the notches on the appropriate sleeve and volume wheel before attaching it to your controller.     Unsolvable echo/feedback loop

    I've tried everyone on my xbox or via volume controls etc to reduce the complaints of others in party that they can hear themselves. Worse when I flip the mic to mute, people cant hear me talk but they can hear my music playing or the effects of a game that Im playing which leads me to believe this is defective. Beyond the return policy for Best Buy which is very short, so now I have to deal with the manufacturer which at this point based on support I've received from Plantronics prior, I will likely just toss these in the garbage and buy another brand.
