Has some similar ones and the plug broke after I rolled over them. Got these to replace and the quality is great. I love them. Comfortable and great sound.

Great headset for the price. 2nd one purchased.. Both my teenage boys have one of these now. They are very happy with the comfort, sound, and quality.

The strap across the top really starts to hurt your head after about an hour of gaming. It doesn't offer a lot of adjustment points. It's almost like the run the cord on the bottom of the pad the sits on your head, so it hurts after a while. Great sound and build quality, but I can't use them long because they hurt.

This is great so you don't have to hear all their gaming conversations. Super comfortable, and crisp sound. A little pricey, but worth it with the extended warranty.

This headset is comfortable and offers great sound. I really am glad I picked it up at my local Best Buy. It connects well and works just as you would expect.

The atmos software download is almost as good as Microsoft's in-house surround sound ware. Sound quality wise and price are very good, best value at this price point.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this headset is. I love the feature to mute the mic by tilting it up. It's a great product for the price range.

everything about it was good except for the fact that you couldn't really plug it into a phone at a case on it because the audio jack had that bulky volume button around it. Sound quality was very good and I like the way they looked very nice rugged man stuff

Very comfortable to wear for hours everyday, but within a few months the earphone liner detached and exposed the yellow foam part, which was embarrassing in video chats. I actually colored the exposed foam with a black marker until I could replace the headset. It seemed like the glue or adhesive that connected the soft liner to the hard plastic frame gave out. This happened on two RIG 500 headsets, which were worn by 2 different people, so it is apparently a weakness in construction. In their defense, I'm in a humid climate, so maybe that affected the adhesive more than it would in other climates. I'm bummed because they work well and are comfortable, but they're a waste of money when they fall apart so quickly.

Well the headset itself for sound is pretty great especially with the atmos support. But the mic eh. I have to move it up and down a few times for it to register. If I had to buy it again I would but I would look hard at other headsets for the price first.

Very comfortable.Nice and clear.Takes some time getting used to the microphone ( because you have to flip it up or down to talk). Over all I really like.
