Good headset overall, lightweight, but the connection to the Xbox doesn’t work at times and it makes a static noise when it finally connects again but goes away after a while

Pro: Audio quality is top notch. Microphone is well designed for durability. The fit is comfortable to wear. Wireless connectivity. Charging mount is a plus. Cons: Syncing the headset to the Bluetooth USB in the X-Box often takes more time than it should. The syncing should be easy. It often takes longer than 60 seconds and up to 20 minutes.

Awesome and COMFORTABLE headset. Easy to set up and the mic quality is pretty good.

I had some connection issues. I messed around on Xbox until they just worked. I was expecting these to sound better than my previous headphones, but the sound is not as crisp. I can't give it less than 4 stars because it could be user error, but I can't give it 5 stars because I like user simplicity. They are super comfortable, though.

Pros: Does well while gaming. The headphones are comfortable and the sound is great while gaming. The "360" sound while gaming is pretty cool. The battery life is great. Cons: The headphones do not handle listening to high bass music well and frequently have cuts in audio while listening to music. No option at all to connect to a phone or any device that does not have a standard USB port.

These are my favorite headphones I've ever had. I used to strictly use Astros, but they were always so quiet. I connected these headphones and could tell the difference right away. If you can't afford these, buy their little brother RIG 700. The only difference is 700s aren't as comfy and 700s' mic comes unplugged. That's literally the only difference. Both are 10x better than Turtle Beach and/or Astro.

Best headset out there for gaming. Extremely comfortable, great sound, great noise canceling, and clear microphone that does not pick up background noise.

I was using the RIG 800LX and couldn't imagine anything better but the Pro HX really are a step up. Very comfortable, great battery life and INCREDIBLE sound

I absolutely adore my Rig 800 pros. I’ve had several different brands and this has to be the best thus far. The sound quality is great. This was an open box order that came without the usb which is needed to connect them to the Xbox. I was able to locate and order the usb at a low price and was intrigued the very first time I played with these. The adobe install is great. Also work for pc’s.

Best headset I've owned so far. Haven't had any BT connectivity issues which I've have with other more expensive headsets. Sounds quality is great, and the lightweight build is nice for both my head and neck as well as the breathable ear muffs.

Bought this set after being a horrible experience with Razor, Inc. product and refund procedure (for which they still owe me money for their defective product). This RIG headset is a space saver, mess saver and it feels really comfortable on my head (the elastic band between the ear pieces keeps pressure from the scalp to the point that most of the time I don't even feel I have the head set on my head)

My nephew loves it a lot. He was also was shocked when I made him think I was there to get things for my self. In the end, I bought a pair for myself. Cause I liked the specs that it had. It is also comfortable while wearing glasses, which is always a good selling point. The only downside I had would be the mic quality other than that nothing but positives

This headset was on sale when I got it and I didn’t know much about it, but once I used it, I realized I purchased an amazing product. I can walk across the street and still be connected to my Xbox. It’s also easy to use the mute feature and hold charge for days!!!
