I’ve installed Simplisafe for my mother but chose Ring Alarm for my house since I already had a Ring camera. Ring was honestly easier to install and setup. I really like the price for the monitoring $100 for the year and don’t have to pay for the camera separately so that saves $36/ yr making the monitoring a true bargain. Overall a great system for a great price.

Geek Squad installed so it was quick and easy. Like the ease of install and ability to add items as you need them. I have 22 door and window contacts, 2 cameras, 1 doorbell with camera, 2 smoke and CO detectors, 3 extenders.

I bought it and it is extremely easy to set up. You could also run low voltage wiring and cut the power supplies and splice them to a central box and it works well too. The ring app allows you to customize which sensors will alarm immediately or require a delay for you to enter keycode which is nice.
