Hi SantiR, it's definitely important to have sufficient network speeds for your Ring devices. If you have a lot of different devices connected to and actively using your wifi network, you might experience some issues as there won't be sufficient speeds for every device to use. I'd recommend checking with your internet service provider if you're experiencing frequent network connection issues. After reading your review, it seems that you are having trouble setting up your Ring Alarm in the Ring App. If this is the case, we recommend rebooting the Ring App. To reboot the Ring App, force close in the Ring App in your phone's respective settings and then re-open the app. For more troubleshooting tips, please see our help center article: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-app-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly.
