This system is very easy to set up and monitor. Free monitoring or $10 monthly professional monitoring. You can set different alarm tones. Its expandable to where you can add more equipment like chimes or even ring cameras. I highly recommend even for the below average tech person.

The Ring Alarm system is very easy to set up. It does take time to get the mounting done for the individual sensors especially if you have a lot of doors and windows. I love having the ability to monitor and control the system through the Ring app on my phone.

This provides a level of security and comfort. The 24/7 monthly service for only $10 is such a good deal amongst all the other companies. And it really is easy to install like promoted. This along with the ring doorbell pro and ring camera hep provide a safe feeling when you’re away

Excellent products for securing your home. The $100/yr monitoring plan for ALL your Ring devices, including ALL your cameras, is a huge bargain over my old security system. The integration with the app and email notifications work flawlessly.

Nothing else will do. This security system is perfect. It is so customizable, you don't even need to use the home/away settings. The disarmed setting can still function as a notification setting straight to your phone which is amazing. All cameras/motion sensors are fully customizable so you can set in any setting how you want everything to function. Now, they have settings within the settings for totally customizable motion capture zones. It is insane how precise this system is. The best thing? No wires. My only recommendations is get two extra batteries for your system. The batteries will last a long while as in months in your cameras etc but it is even better when you have fresh batteries waiting to be placed in your components immediately. Then you don't have to worry about it for months. Quick easy and done.

I’ve been happy with my Ring video doorbells, and I was intrigued to discover that Ring offered a home security kit. I was tired of paying $40 a month to my monitoring company as well and was delighted to learn Ring provides monitoring for just $10 month. I honestly can’t stress enough how simple the setup is for the entire system. You have two choices for the sensors attachment: sticky backings or screw mount. The only downside is it can be time consuming to connect each sensor to your app/base station if you have a lot of them. We have 9 just downstairs and a couple more upstairs where there’s easy roof access to windows. If you’re on the fence about the purchase price, just do the math for the monthly cost savings in monitoring service. We are saving $30 a month. That more than offsets the cost of the startup kit and 6 sensor pack I initially purchased. We even like the chime sounds they make when activated.

The alarm system was easy to install however the kit included 1 defective keypad and a defective motion detector. Ring, however, immediately sent out replacement parts. Customer service was very helpful and guided me through some issues I had with the installation.

It was a toss-up between Ring and SimplySafe. We tried this system first after checking out reviews for each, and we are very pleased with everything so far. Integration with Alexa is a key point for us with little ones in the house, the system can alert us to which door is opened in the event wanderlust takes hold. The cost for monitoring and cloud storage of video is cheap, especially when using the yearly subscription, and provides an extended warranty for all your devices. The peace of mind is great, this is a system you should certainly consider while you're shopping for home security.

This alarm kit is great to use and easy to install. If you do not want to screw the sensors to detect motion then you have the option to stick them however the double stick tape does not work very well. Also, the keypads do not have to be plugged in after they are charged and this is not apparent - so don't drill holes if you do not need to in your walls.

Ring is easy and far more useful than the older wired systems. As an added benefit I can save $40/month on monitoring. Ring monitoring is only $10/month. I did have a few questions with my installation- but- Ring phone support is Awesome! Friendly (U.S. based) hand holding.

Took some time to get use to because we are not to tech savvy. But we figured it out. I would recommend this system to anyone especially the monitoring service which ends up saving a lot money compared to other security systems

Ring system was easy to self install and easy to control with a smart phone. Nice that it comes with 3M stick tape so didn't have to drill holes in walls. Comes with one security sticker for window but would have been nice if outside security sign was included.

Amazing product. Easy to to install yourself!. Replaced my old security system that was way too much money. This ststem does all the same things an expensive system does for way cheaper!

Purchased for our new home. Install would have only taken about an hour for the base unit and 9 entry sensors, but one of our sensors had trouble pairing. After trying all the trouble shooting I could find online I called customer service and the walked me through a couple different things and we finally got it paired. The app is easy to use and the monitoring is fairly priced.

This was a great investment. It was easy to install and get set up. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more detail about the "wireless" function. You have to charge it like once or twice a year, or you can buy the adaptor to connect to your houses' electrical system. They should offer it as a suggestion when you buy. It is a good system.

Perfect product. The $10 a month moitoring fee also includes my ring door bell and spot line cam so it was only additional $4 a month it extended the warranty for as long as you subscribe to the service. The alarm system was a snap to set up. Still in the 7 day practice mode so still learning the system and test the doors as windows to make sure we understand the system. Really don’t have anything negative to say about the system.

Went from paying $40.00 a month with Comcast home security to buying this system and 4 sensors. Even with the $100.00 ring 24/7 monitoring and the cost of what I paid for the system ($280.00) still end up saving money the first year and even more after. Cheapest home security system out there, for $10/ a month of $100.00 for the year and incorporates my ring doorbell and any cameras I could potentially add outside was a no brainer. Easy to setup and works great. Wish the volume was a little louder and hopefully with updates you can customize sounds. But this is a great system for the price and works perfect.

Ring makes quality very useful products. I own all of them and could hardly wait for the release of this home alarm product. Well packged, competitive price and quality construction. Easy installation and setup. Congrats to Ring for yet another superb product.

Bought the 10 piece system from BestBuy on sale along with a couple of Flood/Freeze sensors. Put a Flood/Freeze sensor by the water heater and forgot about it. I was sitting on the couch watching Netflix when I was alerted via text that water was detected via the sensor next to the water heater. Before I could get up and investigate I received a call from Ring informing me of water detected. Sure enough my water line from outside started to leak into the basement. Got the water shut off by the city utility department before any water damage. Lucky I was home but even if I was on vacation I would have gotten an alert and I could have informed a neighbor to check it out. Now about the system. Super easy to install. Have not had a false alarm since purchase 3 months ago. You really can't go wrong.

I was a bit skeptical when purchasing this but it has converted my household into a Ring family. Every product that I have from Ring works together and I can also use Alexa with it. This alarm adds the safety that is needed for my family.
