We purchased the Ring Alarm to supplement the Ring Doorbell that we have owned for a year. This system is easy to install and works like a dream with the app already on our phones. Very low monitoring fee and love the ability to take it with us.

System was relatively easy to install. Keypads light up at nite which is a great feature. Some sensors could be more compact and instructions for motion sensor install should provide more information on range and angles of coverage.

Setup was easy, had trouble with one door sensor. Had to remove and re add. Not a huge deal. Some people will have issues getting door sensors positioned. Need flat surfaces to mount door sensors. Can use without monitor. However loose cellular backup without monitor service. Pricing is reasonable $10.00 per month or $100.00 year.

This is a great system that is also really easy to install. I have one at my home and one at the cabin. The app lets you sort by location which makes self monitoring really easy. Overall I am very pleased!

You can't beat the Ring Alarm for a DIY Alarm System. Having a company come out and set your home up is fine but, the cost is steep. For what I need this has done a great job. It replaces a competitors alarm system which I also bought from BB a few years back. I took advantage of the Alarm Recycle Program with BB and got a $50 coupon to go towards this purchase. This is a no brainer if you have : Alexa Devices and or Ring Doorbell and other Ring devices. The $10 monitoring is a highlight for this system as well! It covers your other camera(s) and doorbells under that same price plus it gives you a extended warranty on your device! Setup was easy to do with the app guiding you and if you are like me and sometimes rush out of the house it is easy to arm it from your phone!

Bought this to replace my existing alarm system. Easy to set up, monitors great. Love the ring protect plus plan. Also adds warranty to equipment. Feel very safe and secure and have more remote capabilities than with my previous system

This was the perfect alarm. It saves me so much money a year. One of the options is to pay your professional monitoring for 1yr for $100. They also have other options. It’s very easy to use straight from your mobile device and more.

This system was very easy to set up, it was actually fun to place the sensors and add to the system. I’ve had it installed for almost 3 months now and it’s like second nature to arm/disarm it. I recommend adding additional touch pads. One in the main entry, one in hallway near thermostat and one in master bedroom. I’ll be adding a 4th in the basement when it’s finished. It integrates with Alexa through a feature called Guard in the echo app to use echo products as glass break sensors and also as Nest smoke/co listeners. If you already pay the annual fee for unlimited recording with Ring cameras you’re already paying for the professional monitoring too so there weren’t any additional fees for me. Can’t wait to see what they come out with next.

Setting the alarm system couldn't of been any easier, they walk you through the hole process. The app is very helpful too. It just makes you feel much safer with a Ring protecting your home. Notifications are sent to your phone.

Works well with Alexa. Easy to install and setup! Paying $10 a month for their professional monitoring is way cheaper than other alarm system companies. Great investment and not locked into a long contract.

The security system is so easy to set up and it alerts you by notification on your phone of any movement in your home when your away and if any doors open. The only issue I’ve ever had was that the key pads stopped working. It was an easy fix by resetting them but what if it wasn’t working while someone broke into my home?

I like the product and the ease of the install. The instructions can be a little tricky and you don't get much support to be able to call for help. The only thing I don't like is the motion sensor. When I'm home I don't need it and it's annoying. Some of the window sensors were a problem to install as well.

The Ring security system was extremely easy to set up using the Ring app. There’s no need for screws as there is double sided tape included in the kit to mount the sensors. The tape is strong, I accidentally set a sensor a little too high, and could not pull it off without the possibility of damaging the paint on the wall. Operation is a breeze with the Ring app and pretty intuitive. It’s easy to set up Away mode sensors or Home mode sensors as well as arm and disarm then system. The alarm is super loud, and enough to be effective for my 3175 sq. ft house. The control panels hold a good charge. I charged one fully when I initially set up the system and now 25 days later, still haven’t had to recharge it.

This alarm kit is incredibly easy to set up, your phone literally walks you through everything. It's only $100 a year as well so it's super cheap compared to a lot of other alarm systems.

Love this system. Super easy to set up. Very reliable (if you use a MESH network). Software is improving and I like being able to integrate with Alexa and Simple Commands

I recently put in my apartment the ring security system & doorbell The Setup app was very intuitive and easy to use. I had to call for a question on the product , the customer service person was professional and knew all the answers. Just one question when will you have lights and lock control ? This system is the greatest thank you ring !!!!

I was able to protect my house and all 4 levels. The monitoring is only 100 a year which you can’t beat. I got a free echo dot wish is even better. Great timely purchase

I had purchased a SimpliSafe alarm system originally, but when I set it up I was disappointed in the fact that they had no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors available and the fact that in order to use the phone app you needed their $24.99 a month plan. This was a dealbreaker. I returned it and saw that Ring had an alarm system on sale at Best Buy plus offering a free echo dot with purchase. After setting up the alarm which was simple, I was really impressed with how well it works and it integrates perfectly with the echo dot. Also it works with their phone app without having to purchase any plan. Their full service plan is only $10 a month for police and fire alerts. Great system and great value.

I love the ring alarm system. One of the most basic, user friendly, systems out there. By far one of the most affordable as well. Set is easy and if you need help they walk you through it. Amazing.
