Works even in sub freezing temperature

It works as intended. I even have one in a garage and so far it works when the temperature goes below freezing point in the garage. I understand that this product is NOT intended for outdoor usage, so we'll see how long it will last in my garage.

Great Motion Sensor for Ring Alarm
