It took me a day or two to learn how it works. I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate functionality long term but so far it’s working seamlessly.

We do enjoy using it, but I know we could get more out of it if we had the manual. An electronic version would suffice.

The exernal Camera was not full charged when installed, and I had a notification that the batter was very low. I had to make a special trip to that home, to charge the battery a little, and after 1.5 hrs., the charger only increased level of charge from 9% to 40%.

There is an option to keep the LED lights on as long as the Keypad is plugged into a power source. We also always recommend fully charging the battery before setting up a battery powered Security Camera.
