Amazon will later ask you to change your password. You will then no longer be able to use your ring devices until you reinstall them. I am being force d to change my Amazon password. These are the ring devices that I will have to remove and reinstall: 1, Ring 5 pc security system 2. Thirteen window and door sensors 3.Ring Doorbell Pro 4.Five security cameras 5.Three Ring chimes 6.Three ring keypads ADDITIONALLY I have to Reactivate: 1.Amazon Eero Wifi System 2.Four Echo Devices 3.Five TV’s with Amazon Prime 4.Alexa Customer Service is no longer answering calls from my phone number.

The ring base station, sensors, and cameras are a great buy. No security solution is perfect, but with the window/door sensors and the base station alone, you should feel more secure. With the incredibly reasonable monitoring 365/24x7 that includes all sensors and cameras, you just feel better knowing that help is not far away. If a sensor goes off indicating a compromise, you will be contacted. We have seen it first hand, and a police officer was onsite checking our windows within 10 minutes. We weren't even home. You can't go wrong with the price point. Initial cost will be a couple hundred dollars, but the beauty of the Ring system is how easy it is to add more functionality and sensors. Very nice, easy to use system. Highly recommended.

Purchased my Ring security system as an alternative to adt or any other monthly service. And it has not disappointed in any way. Installation was professional and done earlier than expected. Since it is mounted on the wall, i have no clue how the socket would have become dislodged from the board. Bad design or poor workmanship. Also the cameras have the talk feature which is useless at best. I have 4 cameras and none of them have ever worked properly with talk feature. I am going to trash this product take the loss as lesson learned and spend a little more money on another product. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

If you are a Ring Protect Plus member, an added benefit of this plan is an extended product warranty that would cover replacement for the lifetime of the device. Rest assured, whether you are a Protect Plus member or not, we do have some solutions that can resolve your concerns and ensure you have a Ring device that is working as intended.
Based on your review, it seems that the Ring Alarm Keypad is no longer taking a charge. If the charger port broken, we first recommend reaching out to Ring support for a possible warranty replacement. All of our devices come with a limited 1-year warranty!
