Following a home break-in, we researched and installed the Ring security system in our home this summer. The customer service team has helped my husband through several questions and have been incredibly helpful through setting up this system with us. Their customer service team is knowledgeable and patient. I recommend this system and the Ring cameras to anyone looking for additional peace of mind and security in their home and on their property. Wishing we had installed this system sooner, as we had been talking about it for months. Sometimes hindsight is 20/20.

Easy system to set up, much easier than the Nest security system, plus the ring system has the flood sensor which is useful. Sensor build quality slightly poorer though but overall great and easy system.

Great product, easy to install! Everything was as advertised, and installation tool less than 30 minutes with all of the extra contact sensors we purchased!

Would be nice if the I door camera linked up to the alarm system. When my camera picks up motion, it doesn’t trigger my alarm system. I’m still messing with the settings on the ring app to see if I can get them all in sinc, but I have yet to figure this out. However, even with this issue, I still like ring products. My phone sounds a second or two after the camera picks up motion. I am notified right away when someone goes by the camera. I have the camera turned off when the alarm is disarmed, but it notifies me when armed.

My view I think it’s a pretty good deal for the price and for the technicians to come out and install it for me. All good

Easy to set-up, works great, and the cost to monitor is very inexpensive. This is the third security system I’ve installed in the houses I have owned.

Works great. Now I have peace of mind that I will know if someone tries to break in the house. Also let’s me know if a door or window is opened. Highly recommend.

Had product installed by Ontech. Outdoor Cam and Alarm are working as it should be. My family is able to literally capture every moment when we're not home. I think its just terrific.

The system was easy to setup. I like that it has a battery backup for the system.

I upgraded my ring alarm to the 2nd Gen because i could not get my original sensor to reconnect when I moved to my new apartment but this is made a little different from the first one I have an I like it. It does the job. I dont pay nothing, i just use the notifications to alert me if something happens.

Excellent system, easy to use and pretty cost effective.
