So far so good. Our installer Eddie Franco from Best Buy Geek Squad arrived on time. He installed the Ring Security system with minimal difficulty and we now are using the system. We feel secure in knowing it was done right.

The door/window sensors assume the door is flush with the trim. In my Victorian house, the doors and windows trim is thick and the door or window inset. That being said, the sensor still worked although a bit offset (guess it was less than 1”). Otherwise I’m happy with the system. Had a bit of a problem with the initial setup. The help person was super patient and helpful.

Easy installation. It works well and is expandable. I added a few more door sensors. The motion sensor is for alarm only. It won't trigger turning on lights, etc.

Works great and very easy to setup. Once registering the base, all you do is pull the tabs on the sensors and it automatically connects

Super easy to set up and configure in the Ring app and works well so long as you follow the instructions and make sure you set up one sensor at a time as they are using the Z-Wave protocol.

I love this alarm system. My fiancé and I bought this when we bought our house. It makes me feel really safe on top of having my dog with me at night if I’m home alone. Very easy to use.

I’ve never had a security system before so for this being my first time it was very convenient and easy to put up and figure out. Works very well and there’s options on the sensitivity that I like so it’s not going off every time my dogs go outside.

I find this product to be interesting as well as effective. It actually chimes when someone approaches so you have to get used to it.

Great Product. Very easy to install. The ring door or window senors where you have to play around depending on your home setup. I had couple issues opening windows and found out I needed to re-position the sensor closer for better contact.

Awesome alarm system! Very easy to set up and use with the app. Notifications are sent to your phone every time a sensor is activated. Battery backed and controllable with keypad when internet is down. Loud siren.

The system is easy to set up and you can change settings on the APP, cost was not a major factor for my house eitehr, good deal

So far so good. Simple to setup and use. Small home and haven't setup the range extender, as I haven't needed. I like the rechargeable keypad as I can take to bedroom at night and family room in daytime.

So glad to have a way to know if my senior mother wanders away from the house. So glad an alert comes on my phone as well as the chime when the door opens. So glad I do not have to worry about the police being notified in case it is a "false alarm".

Bought this during the holiday season and installed within minutes. Integrated seamlessly with Alexa commands and also has the best monitoring system for the price.

It works awesome, Best Buy had this great price for 8piece set.

Our company purchased several of these for our Raffle prizes at our Annual Employee Christmas Party. They were a big hit and we would definently purchase them again.
