Amazing product easy to install work perfect good quality

Ended up purchasing this after I had an Arlo camera that I was told comes with free cloud recording for 7 days......the free part ends after a trial subscription. So comparing $3 a month for one camera, versus $10 a month or $100 dollars a year for multiple cameras with 60 days of recording the choice was simple.....and on top of recordings we have 24/7 monitoring of our home. I opted to buy some smoke/CO detectors that would mesh with the Ring alarm system. Money well spent. We also added the flood/freeze sensors. I’m not super technically advanced, maybe about average. Installation and set was easy. The hardware as well as the app are super user friendly and it’s simple to expand your system to whatever level of coverage you want. Bang for the buck and what you actually get for options are outstanding. Wasn’t planning on getting a system this big, but with the competitive pricing of add ons and ease of installation, it was an easy choice. Now our home has several cameras, we have the security that if someone did try and break in the siren would sound and if we were not home, local law enforcement would be dispatched. In addition, the built in cellular back up that costs nothing extra is real peace of mind. If power is down or we loose internet for whatever reason, the alarm and all sensors still work.....cameras would be down with internet or power loss, but the core of the security system along with flood sensors and smoke/co detectors would still operate. We plan on adding a few ring doorbells and maybe some additional cameras in the future. The only downside to the Ring system, is most of their cameras have a limited temperature range......where we live it gets extremely cold (-41 degrees Fahrenheit actual temp the other morning)......so we still have our hardwired outdoor camera system that’s rated to -40. It would be awesome if there was a way to integrate our existing hardwired cameras into the Ring system. Would highly recommend this if your looking for a reliable, easy to use security system that won’t candy an arm and a leg to have monitored.

We purchased this system for added security when we go to bed at night. It is somewhat basic and more practical for alerts while staying in the home than when away, for us. Overall good value.

This is a great buy and very easy to use and set up. I was surprised how easy it was to set up and very happy about it. I did have to buy some double sided tape for one of the sensors. It was totally my fault for putting them together too far apart on the garage door. I had to pull it off and adjust it but the original tape didn’t work. All is good now.

Got this after cancelling ADT (our home had it when we purchased it) This was super easy to install, no monthly fees, and customer service is super helpful if you have questions/problems. Pays for itself in a year then saves you hundreds a year due to no costly monthly fees. I’ll never go back to another security company and we’re taking this with us when we move and will put back the ADT stuff when we move lol

Awesome alarm system. I mostly live the sensors for the windows. Makes me feel safer.

I already had a Ring doorbell, and when looking for a security system, or anything in particular, i like to stick with the same brand- for product cohesiveness. I sleep like a baby now! Love the contact sensors! This is a very practical set, for those with a small nedium size home and a good price too!

I had to replace the old keypad. The 2nd version of the keypad is a better looking one. Small then the 1st generation.

I love the ease of use of the Ring security system. We also use the floodlight cameras. There is instant reporting when someone opens a door. Very easy to set up.

Purchase to add security to our home very easy to setup and use. Comes with only one motion detector wish it had maybe two more included. The sensor are great they can be mounted using screws but will need to be open.The alarm is loud and can be turn off with phone app or on key pad. You can add other user as guest which will be able to control the alarm and some of the features. Camera is great has a mic and speaker. Overall very pleased with my purchased.

We have a lot of Ring products and everything is easy to set up, install, and sync with the app and other equipment. Camera pictures are excellent. Ordered it online and had it within 48 hours—great job Best Buy!! Great value for what you get!

Ring systems are awesome, work well, user friendly, and easy to install. I have a big system myself complete with numerous cameras. This was a housewarming gift for a friend who was feeling less secure, and I was happy they made a small kit perfect for a condo.

The kit had everything I needed to set up the alarm, instructions were easy to follow. It took me longer than I thought it would since I wasn’t really sure where in the house I wanted some of the devices when I started, but it all fell into place. I am not sure if I really need the extender but it was there so I plugged it in and everything seems to be working fine.

I've always wanted an alarm system and this was a free installation with the tech support program. It's awesome! You can pay extra to have it monitored or pay a small amount to preserve video. I highly recommend the video (at a minimum) as you won't be able to see who was around unless you see the video live. The 24/7 monitoring is optional. If you don't get it you still have all the features of the system without someone automatically calling the police/fire if it goes off. The alarm will still go off and the intruder will have no idea if it's monitored or not. It's an added security feature that isn't very expensive. This is a great system. I live in a very safe neighborhood, but nonetheless, I sleep much better at night with this installed.
