Ensure that the Best Buy person actually knows what they are talking about. This took me three trips...and I live 40 minutes away. Additionally, there were issues getting the installation date set and only part of the system was installed. I wanted someone to do it since my workload was high, but should have just done the install myself. Geek Squad can only do the low voltage stuff so exterior wired lights are not within their scope. As far as Ring goes, it is pretty easy to install, but really comes down to trial and error for the settings. Had one bad motion detector but Ring changed that out. Overall, satisfied, but determining the right equipment bill of material and setting the installation was painful.
