I bought all this to be installed. Part of the equipment came by UPS before the installation date. They brought the rest with them. They were there 2 hours to install everything and the wifi equipment was defective and they had to stop the installation. So I have already made my first payment to best buy and I have nothing. Nice!

The base station sometimes disconnects from the app and acts like it’s on battery power mode. I’ve had to reset the base station twice since I got it two months ago and this is a hours long process because I have to reset everything! All Sensors, camera, doorbell, extenders which has to be pressed down with a pinhole on each device for a couple seconds to reset. This isn’t as reliable as I thought. They need to improve the base station to be more reliable as it feels like cheap plastic.
