If you have a power outage, you have to reset the cameras on site which defeats the purpose of resetting system remotely. When first installed they worked great until a power outage and my Cameras went offline as they need to be reset on site. The perimeter sensors reset fine when power came on.

Posted .Hi JMVD. Making sure you can rely on your home security is key to having that peace of mind. Your Ring Security Cameras should automatically reconnect after a wifi outage, assuming both power and wifi has been restored. If they don't automatically reconnect, that could indicate that the signal the Cameras are receiving could be weak or unstable. It has been a nightmare. They are even hooked up to solar panels!!! The batteries are supposed to last at least a month or more just on their own!!! Best Buy must get a huge kick back because the sells person really pushed this product.

Please know that we are here to assist and are confident that we can find you a resolution in a timely manner.
After reading your review, it seems that your Ring Solar Panel is not fully charging your Ring Stickup Camera Battery. Ring recommends at least three to four hours of direct sunlight, depending on your usage. Make sure there are no obstructions that could cast a shadow on your solar power device, such as an extended roof, tree branches, or bushes. If your installation area is frequently very cloudy or gets a lot of rain or snow, this could limit the amount of sunlight that your solar power device receives.
The solar panel requires direct sunlight. Filtered/indirect sunlight through the clouds will not provide a charge to your doorbell/camera.
