Ryan from Geek Squad installed my home security system and did a great job. I have quite a few windows and doors to put sensors on so you will have to buy more. the system is easy to alarm and disarm and convenient to use with your phone or your home pad. If and when you move you can take the system with you! I also have the hard wired Ring Doorbell pro so the front door video and my alarm system are all on the same app. You can choose to have Ring monitor your alarm system for a fee. or monitor it yourself

Installed this at our cottage and it was very easy and quick. Works great and is much cheaper than ADT or other services.

I previously owned a Simple and Safe (brand) alarm system that was easy to install but was annoyed by some of the outages and minor technical issues. The RING solved many of these problems and with the addition of more devices, compatibility with Echo and similar ease of installation - I am very happy with my purchase. I am installed in a less than 1800 sq foot home and have good coverage, with my office centrally located helping. Have a range extender just in case. I will purchase this again for a different property.

I have created an automated home. This is the hub that helps put that all together. The Ring Alarm system along with Amazon Echo Dot and all my ring cameras and lights all work together. I can turn on and off lights with the sound of my voice. I can schedule lights to come on at dusk and turn off at midnight. I can set an alarm so I know when people come in and out of the house. Unlimited possibilities with this device coupled with other smart devices in my home.

Seamless product. Easy install. In addition to this being a great home security system monitoring is cheap!! Would purchase again!

Needed an inexpensive security system and wow it works well for me in a small apartment, easy to install and use.

Very easy to set up and use. The app is great. It only took about 30 minutes to set up the whole house with sensors.

One key pad never worked. No response from Ring (now Amazon) after multiple attempts. Not Best Buy's fault. Other than that everything has worked well, including monitoring. Beware you will probably need an alarm license from your city at additional cost. That isn't mentioned until after you've signed up. Ring is now owned by Amazon who I suspect is responsible for non existent warrant response. I would probably look for a non Amazon owned product new time around.

As a good user of computerized technology but pretty much challenged for installing these gadgets I fount the Ring Starter Kit fairly simple to install and set up all by myself. The use of the app is even easier to use. I have a lot of confidence in the system and the monitoring system as I accidentally set it off and was promptly called by the very reasonably priced monitors.

The Ring security system was purchased to replace a system that Brinks has taken over. Annual monitoring is $100 if paid in full or $10 / mth vs the $40 paid to Brinks. Their customer service is excellent and they walked us through an issue with a door / window sensor until it was resolved. During the testing phase, we called the CS # several times to ask questions and go through an alarm test. Now that monitoring is live, we are confident of their service and response time!

This system is great. Setup was so easy, it only took me a few minutes to get everything installed and connected. We love it!
