Easy to setup. Good video quality. However, unit kept disconnecting from wifi. Ended up exchanging it for a new unit. Hopefully this one has no issues.

This is the ideal doorbell for renters or homeowners who don't want to mess with wiring. It’s a significant step up from the base model because of its higher resolution and removable battery, making it much more convenient to own long-term.

Easy to install. Didn't want to deal with hard wire so went with battery powered. Drilling required to mount on hard surface. The video quality is excellent. Battery so far is holding up fine. You can set the motion capture to look for people and packages to increase battery life.

I was concerned about purchasing this instead of a wired camera, but this doorbell camera has exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The battery life is incredible! I have this on an attachment on my apartment door and thought I would switch to a wired system when I move into my house, but I am going to keep this. The battery life is great, the image quality is unmatched and it is very user friendly. The mobile app is also user friendly and works great.

Great picture quality, easy to setup. Battery is kinda tough to get in and out but definitely worth the money. Recommend buying an extra battery to keep charged so you can swap them out instead of charging and having down time without camera and doorbell

Installation was simple and easy to quickly complete. The wide angle is impressive. Wish I would have checked the view angle before installing the doorbell. I'd like to move it a little to the left, but that will require taking out the security screw to access the cover, removing the cover and the mounting screws, then repositioning the unit. Picture quality, sensitivity, and ease of setting up the zones to monitor for motion and package delivery are great.

I’m happy with this purchase. Battery life last for a long time and overall easy to use and set up. I purchased a rental friendly mount for the door so I didn’t actually mount it on a wall. Easy to charge and quality of video is great.

Works well...has a clear image and easy to set up. I find it weird that it requires the battery even if hard wired to the house, but the battery does last. Pretty long time. I previously had the pro, but it stopped working...this 1 seems equal to what I got with that 1 for less the price and i like that its not a plastic button to press to ring the doorbell.

This is my second ring doorbell unit purchase. The first one was relocated to back door. The ring units are easy to install and connect to wifi. Video is of high quality and battery charge last a long time. I have a spare battery ready to change when needed. The charge does take a little longer that I thought, but does last.
