Set up was a little difficult due to Wi Fi problems but after several tries was able to complete set up. After set up I customized the settings and chose two chimes, one for motion and a different one for the doorbell. I have it set up in our living room and besides having a notification for our front door and motion I also like the night lite.

Hear the doorbell everywhere, extend wifi coverage

We could barely hear the main chime but with this, in addition to extend the wifi coverage, hear the doorbell anywhere in the house, it is also a nice night light for our closet!

Of course, it's the one I bought during Prime Day. In tiny small print on the box, I found this info out. The solution - Chime Pro! Yes, it was another $69, but it's also a wifi booster and now the signal is heard throughout the 2-story house. Plug and play - very east to set up and connect. Worth the money.

I found that this one has better wifi reception. I also like that I can raise or lower the volume of ring chime to my liking. Night light is also a plus.

I'm also glad that it solved my WiFi problem with one of my doorbell I bought this to provide a stronger signal to one of my doorbells. It did solve my problem, but I had to experiment with its location. I ended up putting it on the opposite side of the wall from the doorbell
