Good for two-story home if you need to hear it over the rooms. Or you can run through Alexa But this did save me a couple time from missing appointments or guess

Product works just as advertised, I had a weak signal on a ring camera and this boosted the signal perfectly. The chime feature is good too.

The ring chime pro is a great tool to have to connect all of your ring products to like your ring doorbell your ring spotlight cam and all of your other chime. Very easy set up a great security tool to have.

Good: -Thoughtful design and formfactor. -Nightlight feature is nice. -Network-connectivity/device status LED is nicely done. -Simple app/platform design that makes it easy to add this chime device to an existing or new Ring account via the phone app. Could Be Better: -Directionality of speaker element means that the doorbell sounds and alerts may not travel well to adjacent rooms or floors. -Max volume level of speaker element is poor. If you have multiple floors, or a wide floorplan, you will need multiple Ring Chime devices to get proper coverage and more audible announcements of notifications or alerts. -Ring includes "subtle but still there" ads for their other products and services in their phone app. I haven't found a way to permanently disable them.

If i'm not around and somebody else is. They usually don't have the ring app with my account logged in. So this makes it act like a regular door bell for everyone else.

Acts like a normal doorbell chime and had some pretty neat sounds that play when the doorbell is rung.

Easy to set up and connect to the ring. Nice night light also.

With our ring doorbell, only I have notifications on my app. Others in the house could not hear the ring when they were in other parts of the house. We placed the Chime Pro centrally located downstairs and everyone can easily hear the front door chime throughout the house. Also, I'm using the Chime Pro network for the back deck Stick up Camera connection. Located outside, it keeps the camera's connection solid all the time. This gadget works just as advertised! "Five stars"

The Ring Chime Pro linked with our Ring doorbell/camera works great. It was simplicity to install and set up using the Ring iPhone app. We experienced some difficulty with making doorbell and motion ring settings, but it ultimately works as advertised.

This chime works great to extend wifi to my doorbell.only downfall, what ever device you need the chime for, has to be uninstalled partially to get the code to link the device to the chime. (Example: to link to Ring doorbell, doorbell has to be unscrewed and the setup button and code from doorbell must be used) Buy them together then install.

Bought two of these. One for the house and another for the garage. Simple set-up. Very pleased with this product.

After hard wiring my new Ring doorbell, I was not aware that the doorbell would not work with my existing chime. So back to Best Buy to get the Chime Pro. It was easy to set up with multiple door bell sound effects and also has a built in night light.

Just plug in and connect to your network. I put it up stairs and now I hear the door bell when someone rings on the Ring network and it also has a night light

Easy to set up if you're already a part of the Ring ecosystem. I didn't need it as an extender. Really just bought it so I could change the doorbell sounds. The built in nightlight is a pretty cool feature that I enjoy more than I thought I would.

I love my doorbell chimes there. Let me know when somebody’s there and I can hear them.

Had the original for many years, but a power surge took it out. The new version works great!
