Great product - easy to set up. wish I knew about it earlier.

Camera in the backyard was a little from my router. I added this and have not had any issues w/ signal strength since.

The new chime pro is worth the upgrade from the original. The sleek look fits in much better than the old one. The nightlight is a nice addition as well.

Great addition to the ring catalog , enables the sound to permeate throughout the house. Also can be utilized as a wifi extension. Good job

We were having difficulty hearing the door bell since we installed the ring video 2 years ago. this device was very easy to install and you can hear the ring loud and clear. It connects nto all the aexa devices in the house.

New Xfinity modem is less powerful. Needed a extender for the Ring cameras and this has fixed the issue.

It helped boost the signal. I would recommend this item for ring doorbell users

Took it out of the box, matched it up to the bell, plugged it in, and it worked

Ordered last night and delivered today! Less than twelve hours later. Unpacked it and plugged it in. Ran the Ring app and moved two Ring outdoor cameras to the Chime Pro Wifi network from the spotty network they were on. Rock solid cameras now! It was easy to transfer the cameras to the Chime Wifi and it helps so much in assuring I get 24x7 security. Of course this is not a long term performance review. However the other Ring products have been working for a long time with no problem, except for Wifi connectivity.

This works great! My Ring doorbell was not staying connected to the internet. Once I installed the Ring Chime, my Ring doorbell has stayed connected.

It was simple to install and connect to the WIFI. Loved the different chime sounds.

The 1st gen chime looked like a walkie talkie to me but the newer gen has a very sleak design and also very compact! The night light is a great touch as well!

We had a decent, but not great Wi-Fi connection Between our router and the ring doorbell. We decided to get the Chime Pro to help boost the signal to avoid any video outages, it works perfectly. We now have a really strong signal and haven’t had any connectivity issues. We were also having an issue with lost Wi-Fi connections on our 2 Ring cameras in the back yard so we bought a second Chime Pro to put near them, same result, no more connectivity issues.

Works like a charm, our router is in the opposite side of the house and extends the range all the way to front door and garage

We have been using this for a few weeks now to extend our WIFI to an outdoor spotlight camera. It has worked great so far and the camera has been able to stay connected. The voice feature is loud enough to hear if you are across the room during the setup process.

Peace of mind knowing the alert (chime) of motion tone & a ring tone. Bonus night light also. Dual band wi/fi makes sure you have secure connection

I purchased this item to go along with my ring doorbell and I’m loving this product. It was easy to install on my phone. Highly recommend this product.
