Check your Doorbell specs before buying this!

However, I honestly think the way it’s marketed will cause many people to waste money on it. I was under the impression that it was needed to make the Ring doorbell audible. It is not. My ring uses the exact same chime as my former doorbell did. So don’t get this if you get the wired Ring option. The only reason I didn’t return it is because it really does enhance the WiFi in a spotty service area of my home.
