Easy to install and setup. Would prefer if the night light was motion activated instead of on/off mode. The volume is low, can only hear it in the room which you are in.

Very easy setup. Connected to my Ring Doorbell and router immediately and works perfect. I like the nightlight that can be turned on or off. Very compact in size also.

If you are going to invest in a Ring Doorbell, you need a Chime to go with it. It's great as it allows for a loud ring inside the home so you do not have to depend on being near your phone. It also includes different chimes, including festive ones for holidays like Halloween. It's a wifi extender to provide a strong connection between your router and ring doorbell, and it has a nice bonus night light.

Nice upgrade to old version. The night light is nice bonus.

When I purchased my first ring bell I did get the first chime Pro to extend my signal and play a loud chime when the bell was rung. So when I upgrade my Ring Bell I also upgraded to the new Chime Pro, which is much easier to used and offers more options, and the light on the front advises if you are connected to the network. I has been a very good choice and the integration with my Bell and 4 cameras is great.

This is exactly what I needed to give my Ring a consistently strong wifi signal. It’s easy to use. I tried several areas to find the best results. The light is a great feature!

This really helped my front door ring camera with connectivity issues (far away from my router). I no longer have connectivity issues and, it has a nice night light. Obviously also helps with doorbell sounds to choose from etc. too.

This fabulous Ring product offers a variety of doorbell tones. It also serves as a wifi extender which greatly improved coverage for weak spots in my home (2800sqft). The sound is loud and clear. You can't go wrong with this buy.

This review is after a year of service and use as Product Reviews should be after a period of time that allows for a True Review and Experience of Service. This is in the Laundry Room far away from all other devices yet it seems to work with no issues and extends the range as well as a night light and it does Great to alert us when we are out there and can't hear the door or the phone alert! Great Product with Great Support and Customer Service from Both Ring as well as Best Buy!

I installed a camera in an out of the way area of my house. The Ring device extended the necessary WiFi signal so it works perfectly. Essential if your house is fairly large and your devices are in corners or far from internet.

Call Ring to find out what product I needed because my outside cam would work sparatically and said to get the Chime and would extend wifi outside. Plugged it in our gatage and now the camera outaide is working so much better. Great product

It works great once it was set up. We had some issues with set up. The directions were clear and the app walked through the set up step by step. We ran into issues with our ring being hard wired in and finally resolved the issue by turning off the breaker that supplied power and turned it back on (for anyone who finds themselves in the same failed to install loop). I like that my ring has stronger signal strength from my wifi and that you can hear the ring better through the house.
