    Not as good as the previous Ring doorbell. The old one would not have had to be replaced if Ring had let us know that they terminated the videos being able to be seen on the computer. We spent almost $300 replacing things that did not need to be replaced. A serviceman from a long distance away was here for 3 hours two times and it was all unnecessary. Not Best Buys fault. Ring was responsible. The service man was great.
