The chime works very well... had to return because our WiFi didn’t reach

WORKS AS DESCRIBED. PLENTY LOUD BUT NOT BLARING TONE IS LOUD BUT SMOOTH

This product helps boost the ring doorbell bell. Love how it works

The initial installation of the Ring Chime failed to sync with the router despite several attempts and resets. Ring Customer Service worked with us for over 30 minutes (really dedicated and helpful) but could not get it to function properly. Returned the unit to Best Buy for an exchange the next day. Reinstalled the Chime and it synced immediately and worked as described.

Works as it should, not too loud. Very easy to set up!

I wish you could have a sound for each different camera or motion sensor. Unfortunately you pick one sound and one sound only for every single alert through the house. My grandma hears the alert and doesn’t know if it’s the front door, the back door, the side door. This feature along would have given it the extra star for a 5/5.

It's kinda loud. Could be louder but it works like it supposed to.

I love this product so much, I purchased a second one. It is very easy to use and can back up automatically at set intervals. It also comes in a lot of color options. It is a great value too....I can't imagine how a more expensive product would be better. It is extremely fast.

We have an older home, with thick walls. My wifi router is upstairs and the signal has to go through the floor and two walls (one exterior) to get to the doorbell. The signal was too weak for the doorbell to work until I got this and installed it - now the doorbell works fine.

Able to use anywhere inside the home. Volume and ringtones are adjustable. Very practical.

I searched for the chime in several stores and only found them in Best Buy. The chime provides alerts that were hard for me to pay attention to when I wasn't near my phone or didn'thave my smart watch on me. This item provides me with the alerts I need throughout my entire home as I purchased more than one.

The Ring Chime is a must for any Ring Doorbellcam, Spotlight cam or Floodlight cam user. I don’t always have my phone or a connected device on me so the chime alerts me when there is movement on any of my cameras. It’s also helpful if you have a larger home or multiple levels to you house.

Works well. Can hear throughout the house when placed in a central location.

Its loud and affordable. Definitely will recommend this to a friend.
