Purchased this to go along with my Ring Doorbell to have various ring options and to place it in my home where I would not hear my regular doorbell ring...not sure in the end if it was a necessary purchase but I like what it does so I won't be returning it!

Had purchased unit previously from another retailer and had great difficulty in getting the device to link to the internet. Returned the unit and investigated fur. Turned out the problem was a weak WiFi signal to the location I was installing the Ring. After upgrading my router, I purchased the unit from BestBuy and had no issues with setup.

Lots of chime choices. Loud enough. Don’t need the pro model

The ring chime is good to have, works well with no problems.

Bought 2 of the chimes due to buying two doorbells.

If you have a Ring system setup in your home and you want to be able to hear the doorbell in the basement or some other room, this is the product you need! It allows your doorbell to ring in another room, apart from where the doorbell is already installed.

Easy to pair, reasonable volume. I do wish I could change the chime though.

Its a simple plug and play (after getting wifi set up). You are limited to location of outlets. With kids, it was hard to find a good place to plug it in with them not playing with it. We got it just in case a phone wasn't nearby for Ring notifications.

Makes using the ring video doorbell simple and practical at the same time.

Works great with my Ring doorbell. Was easy to install and configure.

Works well especially if you have a bedroom or a game room that's far away.

The chime is nice and loud and you can hear it from all over the house.

My door bell quit working so we bought the chime for the ring. Love that I can change the tone and even for the holidays. Now even when the wind chimes go off or someone come in the door my 1 year old granddaughter Still says Ho ho ho lol.

This product works great - it is the ring extension that can be plugged in anywhere in the house. It plays a loud ring to indicate the doorbell has been pressed. The ONLY reason I give this a 3 star is because I would like to be able to change the ring sound on demand, currently only 1 sound is available.

Needed new ring chimes when we installed the Ring doorbell system. Matches up perfectly, but need to have strong Wi-Fi to operate it if further then 10' from the doorbell location, in our home. Does have the ability to choose from a number of ring tones.
