We had purchased the ring doorbell and it was great however I found when the doorbell rang and it came thru to the phone, it wasn’t loud enough. So we bought the chime box and it made all the difference. Definitely a must pair with the doorbell!

Unfortunately no connection was able to be achieved with the home network which is 5G - I tried multiple times to connect with and without the ring doorbell extender with no luck. A well packaged product looked easy to install as a plug and play I'll recommend this if your NOT using a 5G network - if you are don't waist your time. Product was returned.

Now even guests will know when someone is at the door.

This was a great purchase. I have a large 2 story home and we never hear the doorbell when it it rings. Once we installed the Ring doorbell and this Chime, we always know when someone is at our front door. We placed the chime upstairs - it’s perfect!

I love this device because it alerts me with sound that something or someone has been in the perimeters I setup. However it doesn’t always detect motion and I can’t figure out why. Also my dogs bark each and every time the chime goes off, which can be rather annoying.

Needed new ring chimes when we installed the Ring doorbell system. Matches up perfectly, but need to have strong Wi-Fi to operate it if further then 10' from the doorbell location, in our home. Does have the ability to choose from a number of ring tones.

With a larger home, the regular doorbell cannot be heard from opposite sides of the house. As an addition to getting the Ring.com doorbell, I added this extra chime in another area of the house. It did the trick! No more missed doorbell chimes because I'm in another part of the house.

This is a great add on for the ring doorbell. I did not even think about a doorbell inside the home. The ring doorbell only rings to your phone and outside. This is a bit expensive and not real loud so you may need multiple. But a must have with the Ring doorbell.

This product is good for a large home upstairs or in back of house.

Every home should have the door bell and camera installed as a standard option it would protect many home invasions and Mail Packages thiefs as well as able to watch young kids come off the school bus in the evening I would recommend this with the Good Housekeeping seal because of the easy installation and the clear-air to you have on your telephone for watching

Our house is multi-storied and quite large. I had a single one of these. It was installed upstairs. The sound was not loud enough to be heard down stairs. Purchased this as a second one which was located downstairs. the Ring can now be heard simultaneously upstairs and downstairs.

Perfect remote doorbell chime for my ring doorbell.

This is a nice add on to my ring doorbell. Price is right as well.

Great choice for a doorbell chime. Easy to install

My old doorbell wouldn't play nice with my new ring doorbell. I bought the chime to solve that problem, which it. Simple to install, gives you a choice or ring tones, works fine with the Ring2 video doorbell. Sound quality is only OK, a little muddy.

This door bell is actually fun and adds a greater feeling of security. When we are away we know when our lawn is mowed, packages are delivered or whatever else is happening at our front entry! The lasting video allows easy access for review and allows enlargements of the individual for a better view from our cell phones which is very convenient!

Yes, this unit works well. Meaning when someone pushes the button on the door bell it rings. My only complaint is that we have a front door and back door unit and there is no way to alter the chime for the door that is ringing. Other than that I would have given this product 5 stars
