Bought this at the same time as the door bell. A must have if you want to know that someone has pushed the button and you don't always carry your phone with you. Wish you could change the ring tone on the device.

I purchased for my mom and her new Ring doorbell. She loves changing alerts to coordinate with the holidays. A cackling witch for Halloween and Santa for Christmas.

Absolutely thoroughly enjoying having the ring doorbell’s on my front door and my back door. I believe it’s a wonderful security and I’m so pleased to have it.

We bought this and it was a great investment. It gives us a peace of mind and security, knowing that we can see who come to our door. When we are home or away. We have already talked to other family members about getting one.

The indoor chime works exactly as advertised. Our doorbell was so weak that we couldn't hear it if we were in the same room and the TV was on. But now we never miss an alert. EXACTLY what we wanted and needed.

I must say I didn’t think I would need this but after I installed the Ring I need this for my son at the house so he can know somebody is at the door since he don’t want the app on his phone

So far we love our new Ring Doorbell! It's security knowing who is coming around our home. We just moved in 3 months ago, so we don't know our neighbors yet. It's just piece of mind!

This is a definite necessity to go along with your Ring Doorbell. Otherwise, you can't hear the doorbell ring (outside of the notifications you can receive on your mobile device).

Works great! We loved our ring but hated only being able to hear the doorbell from our phones, and only when they weren't in silent. This solves the problems. Exactly what we needed.

My first one worked well without issues and then stopped working after about 9 months.I did not have time to do a warranty repair so i just bought another one once it was out of warranty. I hope this one lasts longer than a year. It seems essential to have.

Our doorbell is located upstairs and we'd miss it all the time. We put this downstairs in the kitchen and now we not only catch all doorbells it also notifies us with a jingle when there's motion at the door.

The chimes worked well with the ring doorbells, but the Ring doorbells would not work the way they were supposed to. We even tried using the wedges to change the horizontal angle, still didn't work. We ended up returning everything

I now have six Rings. They all work great. I had a problem with one and called the Tech Support. They stayed on the line with me for over an hour insuring that my Ring was working properly. Great staff.

It doesn’t work as good as I thought it would. There is a bit of a delay and I hear it on my phone first which if I knew that ahead of time I would have never bought it.

The chime is a great addition to the doorbell especially because my original bell works sporadically. I am very p!eased with this item and it looks great with my decor.

I think it's a good thing to have since I didn't have a doorbell connection and it works well so now I'm thinking about buying the stick up cameras to see how they work.

This is a great product and I highly recommend if your house is huge like mine. Just make sure your internet speeds are consistent and good. My glitches sorted out after I got my network strength in order.

Our doorbell broke and we got the ring camera doorbell and got this to replace our doorbell it was the best purchase love it and can mute it or change tunes!

I needed a chime to go with my ring doorbell since my old doorbell wasn't working anymore. It was not placed away from wifi signal, and has been working great.

Only had for a couple of weeks and it works as intended. Way louder than the original "chime" that came with my Ring Doorbell Camera and rings right on time when pressed. Took away a star due to having only one option of color. Other than that, it's a great product.
