Something funky happened with this a few months after I brought it. It kept dying. I kinda took it apart. I don’t know what I did, but it works fine now. Fingers crossed!

A must to have with the doorbell unit if you are away from your smart phone. It's loud enough to hear from the front of the house to the back of the house. Chime is useless without the doorbell unit!

I love my Ring Chime. It has the nicest doorbell selections. You can control the volume and even put it in a Do Not Disturb mode. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Had some trouble with the connection which may have been more my internet but since I have moved it, it has stayed connected so far. I later learned that you can have Alexa alert you so may not have needed it after all.

I like having the choice of several ring songs. It was easy to install. I would appreciate it had greater volume. I have a hearing loss so hearing the chime while in another room is nearly impossible.

An affordable and convenient Wireless Ring doorbell chime which needs no wires to install. Can be put anywhere in the house.

It does what it says it does. It chimes when someone presses the ring camera button. Nice for $30.

I will say it took awhile to connect to our wi-fi system and I did have it right next to the router. In addition, it took me four tries to get it up and run. Once it is working it does work well and corresponds to my android phone.

This ring door bell " Chime " is a great addition, especially at night when your cell phone is turned off for charging, I leave mine plugged in 24/7 as it works any time that it is plugged in.

This is needed to hear the bell through out the house. We have two, one down stairs and one upstairs so we can hear bell and notifications anywhere in the house

The Ring Chime is an excellent companion to the Ring Doorbell. Like that the ringtone can be changed to various ring options including several for the holidays.

We now have two of these, one in our kitchen and one in my office on the back of the house. Would have been 5 stars but we can't seem to change the chime tone with out the chime app freezing up on my iPhone. We are fine with the default tone.

Having a couple of Chimes, with the ability to change the chime heard from different Ring Doorbells, lets us know where our visitors are when we are in the lower level. Nice feature!

Only purchased because my mechanical doorbell isn’t consistently working. Don’t feel like ripping everything apart and messing with it. This chime works every time.

Love my ring and this accessory was needed so I could hear the doorbell if I didn't have my phone or ipad with me. Love that I can't hear when someone is ringing the doorbell now.

Bought this along with a ring doorbell because our home doorbell stopped working. Now we know when someone is at our door.

Nice add on to the ring door bell. I like being able to hear the motion alert and when someone rings the door bell. Great option to have if your cell phone isn't handy and affordable.

The Chime works well, though set-up took a couple of tries. Once set-up it let's you know someone is at your door and you can tailor the chime to your liking.

We purchased this device to install at our front door to see who is at the door. It is not the easiest thing to install but we like the product.
