I don't know why this isn't included with the ring doorbell. The two items make a great combination and the multiple ring tones are entertaining

We have determined that we do not need this product so we can’t really write a review of it. It is being returned without having been used.

Having purchased the Ring Pro Doorbell, we knew we had a bit of flexibility when it came to getting a notification about someone at our door. The chime is a great fit. We have ours placed on the back porch, so when entertaining or doing outside yard work, we will know that someone is at the door. This is very convenient, as you don't need to have a phone on you. If setup, you can also get notified for when there is motion, just as it does on your phone. The motion sound is the best, and the wind chimes make sense for what is going on on the back porch. Pros: - Easy Installation (Plug and connect) - Loud - Customizable chimes and notification sounds - Allows for notifications anywhere in your home (or across the world) about interactions with your doorbell. Cons: - Updating the chimes and notification sounds takes about 30 seconds to a minute. (I would suspect the sounds aren't stored locally and are downloaded). It's a great purchase, even if you got your doorbell to function with your Ring Doorbell. You can put it in places where you can't typically hear someone at the door, and the setup is a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Sometimes you don't have a phone on you for notifications. Nice to have one in basement and upper floor for when dont hear people step on the porch

I love this ring doorbell chime. It is built extremely well. I love the numerous amount of chime options that are available for your video doorbell.

I was having issues with my Arlo door chime, so I bought this RING door chime. It works great. Never had any problem with it.

Awesome! This a great piece of equipment. My home feels secure. I was able to go on vacation with piece of my knowing that my home was secure.

I bought this one first with my Ring Doorbell Camera, and it worked great. I did return it and get the Ring Chime Pro for the WiFi extender.

The doorbell works really well as a security camera. However, you do have to enroll in a plan to keep the videos. Costs $30 per year per doorbell.

I keep having issues with connection, but I’m pretty sure it’s just my internet. When my internet is cooperating it’s great because sometimes my phone is on silent so I don’t hear the bell ring on my phone.

I purchased this to accompany a Ring Video Door Bell for my daughter's new apartment. The added security from this system helps me sleep knowing she is a bit safer.

This paired easily with our Ring and allowed us to hear the doorbell inside the house when the cell phones were not around. Only thing that could make it better is if it was louder.

One of Best Buy product what's so great about this product is that you can put it anywhere in the house that you want to just plug it into any outlet and it would ring

I love the fact that i can plug the chime in any plug outlet and I’m able to hear the notifications all around my house if I’m away from my phone.

Was a bit dicey to get it hooked up, but it works well now. Nicer than having to rely on "rining" on our mobile devices. Wish the volume went a bit louder, but no issues otherwise.

I purchased this for my neighbor as a gift. They were soooo happy, and say it works great! I also have 2 of these for my Ring Pro, love them!!!!!

Great product with a multitude of options for every season and holiday! High pitch chimes sometimes get a little scratchy but overall the product is a great compliment to any Ring Product!

I wanted to get rid of the old fashioned doorbell and wiring. My Ring Doorbell worked with the old system but this allowed me to go full wireless. Programmable and works well.

Adds a great extra level of security with a motion sensor by your front door so even if someone doesn't ring your doorbell you still know there was motion.
